I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico; most of my family lives there. In 1994, I received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and left my hometown to live in Mexico City where I joined the Procter & Gamble (P&G) Finance department. In 1999, P&G sent me on an international assignment to Venezuela. In 2001, I came back to P&G Mexico. By 2007, I earned a MBA degree and joined Danone Waters Mexico, where I was promoted a year later to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. From 2008 to 2011, I was a board member of Danone joint venture. In 2009, I met Michael, my husband, in Mexico City. We got married in 2011, and we moved to the USA, settling in Bee Cave, Tx. We attend Emmaus Catholic Church in Lakeway. We have two children that started in DSCA in 2017. I have served on the board since 2018, and I have been Chairman of the Board since June 2021. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, and helping others. I feel honored to have the opportunity to be part of the DSCA Board.
